According to the planning plan, Con Vanh – Con Thu urban and tourist area includes 5 main functional areas: 36-hole golf course, casino and 5-star resort hotel, eco-spiritual tourist area, amusement park, and eco-tourism urban area. The planning of Ba Lat port includes a system of works with a unified whole: docking port and water area before the wharf, the system of yards and warehouses, auxiliary works, the system of isolated green trees… When completing construction investment, Ba Lat port will be one of the focal ports of the region, meeting the demand of import and export of goods for Thai Binh Economic Zone and surrounding areas.
