Two Hong Kong’s leading textile groups are negotiating to buy or lease Lai Vu industrial park (Hai Duong). Lai Vu industrial park is now under the management of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN).
Accordingly, Pacific – the textile corporation from Hong Kong and Tinh Loi Company Ltd (subsidiary of Crystal Textile Corporation) are talking with PVN on the transfer of Lai Vu industrial park to the two groups.
Two years ago, these Hong Kong corporations are granted the investment certificate by Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee for two large textile and garment projects, planned to locate in Nguyen Giap industrial park.
One is the textile and accessory project of Pacific corporation, which is expected to have a total investment of more than 423 million USD, and the 2nd project belongs to Tinh Loi specializing in the production of garment products, worth about 115 million USD.
